K9 Coffee Co is committed to giving back to the K9 community. We donate 5% of our sales to K9 non-profit organizations. We also invest in essential medical and safety equipment for active working K9s. Our efforts also extend to supporting K9 police departments, ensuring these dedicated dogs and their handlers have the resources they need.

Where Do Our Beans Come From?

When I started K9 Coffee Co, I had two main goals. The first was to raise awareness for retired working K9s, and the second was to provide people with an exceptional cup of coffee. To achieve this, K9 Coffee Co. sources our beans directly from free trade and/or fair trade/small farms from around the world.
We also partner with co-operatives to make sure coffee farmers are
compensated fairly. This approach guarantees that the beans we select are grown to the highest standards. Whether roasting a single origin or a blend, our goal is for you to experience the freshness and distinctiveness of each bean.

How Fresh Is Our Coffee & How Fast Do You Ship?

Freshness is our top priority. We roast our coffee in-house daily,
ensuring full control over quality and flavor. By never outsourcing the roasting process, we maintain the highest standards from bean to cup.
After roasting, coffee requires time to degas, which varies by roast profile-light, medium, or dark. That’s why we ship your coffee within 48-72 hours. Delivering the perfect balance of freshness and flavor straight to your door.
When you order from K9 Coffee Co., you’re guaranteed the freshest most flavorful coffee experience possible.

How should I store my coffee?

The best way to store coffee involves protecting it from its main enemies: air, moisture, heat, and light. We recommend enjoying your coffee within 4 weeks. After this period, the intensity of the flavor may diminish and the coffee might not taste as fresh as intended.


Here are some storage tips:
1. Use an Airtight Container
- Transfer coffee beans to an opaque, airtight container to minimize exposure to air
and light.
- Avoid clear containers as they allow light to degrade the coffee.


2. Store at Room Temperature
- Keep your coffee in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources like stoves or direct sunlight.
- Avoid storing coffee in the refrigerator, as temperature fluctuations and moisture
can degrade its quality.

Where Do We Ship?

We are pleased to offer shipping to all U.S. locations and territories, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Return Policy

Coffee

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our coffee. All of our coffee is roasted for optimal freshness! Due to its perishable nature our coffee cannot be returned for credit, exchange or a refund.

If a package has arrived with physical damage, please reach out to our customer service: Contact@k9coffeeco.com
